I have actually seen it in my own life all the time. We made a short film called "Lady M 5.1," which we just completed. We debuted it at the Modern Contemporary Museum. Sometimes emotion, and atmosphere. Atmosphere is the opponent of speed. You can have a quick movie, it will not have any environment. You can have environment, it can not be quickly.
